This manufactured home has two large bedrooms (King and Queen size beds), two full bathrooms, full size kitchen (Cooking Range, Full Size Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and a Dishwasher), a living room, and it's own laundry facilities. We provide all kitchen, bedding and bath towels. It also features a small deck and front yard. Ideal for double family occupancy. We require a two-day minimum stay. Heated and air-conditioned for year round use.

Pets ARE NOT allowed on the deck or in this unit. There will be a $350.00 cleaning fee if a pet is brought into the unit.

Cabins 3, 4, 6 and 8

These cabins have a covered front deck with gas barbeque. They have one bedroom, bathroom and shower, and has a Kitchenette, which includes, RV size Fridge, Stove top, Toaster Oven or Oven, Microwave and Coffee Maker.

We provide basic Kitchen supplies, Coffee Filters and Bedding and Bath Towels.

Heated and Air-conditioned.

You need to provide Coffee, Salt and Pepper and/or Papertowels.

Pets ARE NOT allowed on the decks or in any of these units. There will be a $350.00 cleaning fee if a pet is brought onto the deck or unit.

Cabin 8 - King Size Bed - $155.00 - This cabin has been recently remodeled, the kitchen, living room and the King Size bed shares one big open space. Enjoy this full kitchen (Cooking Range, Full Fridge and Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker), TV with DVD player. It has a covered porch to sit and look out across the refuge. It also has a newly remodeled bathroom. This is a perfect unit for a couple celebrating that special occasion.

Pet Friendly Units 5 and 9

These cabins are a 10x30 modular unit with a bedroom, bathroom and your own shower and kitchenette. We supply basic cooking and eating utensils, units also come with a Kitchen Towel & Kitchen Wash Clothe and Bath Mat. Heated and Air-conditioned.

Cabins 5 & 9 - You can provide your own bedding (mattresses come with a fitted sheet) and bath towels or we can, just "Add-On" Linens while making your reservation. Kitchenette includes: Small Fridge, Stove top and Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker and Toaster.

Pets (per pet/per day) - $15.00 and must be identified in your reservation.

Cabins 5 - Queen Size Bed
Cabins 9 - Full Size Bed and Bunk Bed which share the same bedroom

Cabins 5 and 9 include a hide-a-bed, which is located in the kitchen area.

Cabins 5 & 9 - - See cost below, linens need to be added to your reservation by clicking on "Add On" during the reservation process and will need to identify what beds you want bedding for.

Linens can be provided for the bed(s) and a bath towel set, for an additional fee:
Queen Bed (Cabin 5): $18.00 per day
Full Bed (Cabin 9): $18.00 per day
Twin Bed (Cabin 9) : $10.00, per twin (top or bottom)/per day
Hide-a-Bed (Cabin 5 & 9): $10.00, per day

Pet Policy for Cabins 5 & 9
   •  Pet Fee (per pet/per day) - $15.00 and must be registered in your reservation.
   •  All pets occupying a cabin MUST be potty trained, if it is determined that potty accidents occured in the unit,
       there will be an additional fee to clean and santitize the unit for the next guest.
   •  Dogs are not allowed on any of the furnishings inside the unit.
   •  Dishes are not to be used for feeding or watering your pet.
   •  Dogs are to be on a leash when outside of your unit.
   •  Pick up after your dog immediately and disposed of in trash cans located throughout the campground.
       If anyone in your party will not clean up after you dog, then do not send them out to walk your dog.
   •  For the safety and comfort of other dogs, their owners and non-pet owners, nuisance barking, or aggressive
       behavior is not allowed at any hour.

prior to making your reservation.


We reserve the right to change rates with out notice.

Each reservation requires 100% payment due at time of reservation.

Adults (12 and older), Children (11 - 6),
and Children (5 - 0)

Once Reservation has been completed, an Email Confirmation is sent out immediately.
Please look for that email, open it, read and then click on the link within the body of the email
and check the following:

1) Is your arrival and departure date correct?
2) Is the number of people in your party correct?
3) Did you register your pets?
4) While there, please "Read and Accept" the Terms and Condtitions on your reservation.

Acceptance is required prior to your arrival,
we will not release Bathroom Codes or WiFi Password with this step not being completed.

Cancelation, Holiday and Refund Policies


Please read BEFORE making a reservation. By submitting your payment, you state you've
read AND understand our policies.


We anticipate that our policy will change from time to time, and we expressly reserve the right to change the policy when we find it to be appropriate. Your continued use of our resort constitutes your acceptance of our rules and policies, including any and all changes.


Limit of 2 vehicles per Cabin allowed

Electric Cars can only be charged in a 50 AMP RV site at the current rate of a 50 Amp site

    Each cabin comes with:
  • Dish Soap, Kitchen Towel, Kitchen Wash Clothe and Coffee Filters.
  • Each mattress is covered with a fitted sheet (except cabins that come with Bedding).
  • Bath Mat, Bath Soap and Toilet Paper
    What is not provided in units:
  • Coffee, Tea, Salt and Pepper, Personal items (ie: Shampoo or Conditioner) or Paper towel/Napkins.
    Cabin Etiquette:
  • NO extra people allowed on property other than those included in the reservation without permission from the office.
  • No Smoking or Vaping in any of our Cabins, or a $250.00 fee will be incurred.
  • Each Cabin is setup with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and washed and returned where they were found upon your departure.
  • The Bath Mat, Kitchen Towel and Wash clothe are not to be use for any other purpose than what they've been put there for.
  • Cabins that allow pets (units 5 & 9) our Dishes, Pots & Pans are not to be used for your pets.
    Cancelation Policy:
  • Reservations cancelled 15 days or more before your arrival date will be charges a cancellation fee of $25.00 and a 10% processing fee of reservation total with and the balance refunded.
  • Reservations cancelled 14 days or less from your arrival date will not receive a refund.
  • To CANCEL a Reservation, please reply to the “Email Confirmation” that was sent when you made your reservation and request that the reservation be cancelled. Once the request has been processed, an email will be sent confirming the cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation of your cancelation request within 48 hours, please contact us.
    Reservations during a Federal Holiday Weekend:
  • If you cancel 22 days or more prior to Holiday weekend or Event Weekend, you will be charged $25 cancellation fee and a 10% processing fee of your reservaiton total. If you cancel 21 days or less from the date of your scheduled arrival you will not receive a refund.
  • Minimum 2 days required for all Federal Holiday Weekend.
    Changes to Reservations
  • One change can be made as long as it is 15 days or more from your arrival date.
  • If adding a day the credit card used to make reservation will be charged for the additional day(s). If you cancel a day, you will receive a refund of the day cancelled less the processing fee.
  • Changes made 14 days or less from your arrival date will not be refunded day(s) cancelled.
  • To CHANGE a Reservation: Please reply to the “Email Confirmation” that was sent when you made your reservation and request that the change you need to make. We allow ONE change per reservation with no additional charge to you. Once the request has been processed, an email will be sent confirming the change. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of change after 48 hours of request.
    Refund Policy
  • We do not refund for early departure due to weather, illness, work schedules or other situations that are out of our control.
  • Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to sand, trees, the discomforts of nature, illness, work schedules, dislike of your neighbors, or change of minds in staying. We do not refund / pro-rate for early departure.
  • When you provide credit card information at time of reservation, you are stating that you have read and agree to our Cancelation, Holiday
    and Refund Policy.
    Arrival Information:

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are arriving after the office closes, arrangements can be made for late arrival. Please call the office and let us know.
  • Late Check Out: The Office may be able to arrange a late check out, if the cabin is available.
